Why mouth tape and nasal strips
They solve two sides of the same thing. The mouth tape keeps your mouth gently closed at night, so you naturally keep breathing through your nose. At the same time, the nasal strips support your nasal passage, so that breathing stays effortless and comfortable. One makes sure you breathe through your nose, the other makes sure it feels good — together they create one calm, uninterrupted breath from the moment you close your eyes.

The best nasal strips in the market! They offer the greatest comfort, without any issues in the stickiness of the strips and allow me to have great respiration throughout the whole night. That's why I keep coming back to them.
Aanrader.
