Eligibility for returns

  • unopened and with the hygiene seal intact (if applicable)

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • items with broken or removed hygiene seals

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
